How to Cook Chocolate Ripple Cake


Whip cream until firm peak stage. Put a small amount on one side of a biscuit and sandwich together, repeat until desired length is achieved.

I flavored my cream with a little juice from the berries, you could use any flavoring though!

Cover the biscuits in the remaining cream. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Top with berries and shaved chocolate.
