Relaxed, balanced stance, head still, eyes level (Front View)

Phase one Side View

Backswing & step forward, eyes fixed on ball throughout

Phase Two Side View

Base established, front knee bent, comfortable stride

Shoulders rotate vertically to begin downswing, bat decelerates to contact

Contact under eyes, full face of bat

Back heel raised, relaxed bottom hand, balance maintained

Set Up - Practice, underarm low serve to just in front of batter, batter to play with soft hands so ball trickles back to server

Batter to say ready, 4/5 goes each then rotate. Progression - "play or leave"
