How to Cook Red Wine Poached Apples


3 Red apples

Put the apples into salt water

Be a fruit Ninja! but don't cut it too thin

2 c. Orange sugar, 2 Cinnamon STick , 500 ml bottle of red wine , 1/4 c Lemon juice

Add the wine, both sugars,lemon juice,and cinnamon sticks. Bring to A boil.

Then add the apples. Reduce heat to low and "COVER".

Simmer 5-10 minutes until apples are fork tender,remove them on a dish. Cover and refrigerate to Cool. Then, enjoy it!
