How to Do Inside-Outs / Spirals


Start in your backbend (if you don't know how check out my guide for them :) ). Your torso should twist (bottom photo).

Place your left foot on the other side of your right foot so you make a triangle. (above)

Flip your right leg and arm over to return to a bridge.

This is a couple of spirals in a row. These just take some practice and coordination. Good luck!
