Stand with your front foot about 2 - 4 inches from the 2 closest screws, with your other foot on the rim.
Press down on the foot on the rim to pop the front of the board up.
Slide your front foot towards the top while bending yours knees.
When your front foot reaches the top you should be pushing the board into the air but be sure too jump while sliding your foot once you reach the top.
Land with your feet in your normal comfortable position. And you've done it!
