How to make healthy lamb and mash potato


Ingredients: Lamb Rump Steak, 3 Potatoes, 1 Capsicum, Butter, 3 Mushrooms, Peas in a pod, Honey, Soy Sauce

Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.

Chop the onions in whichever way you prefer.

Line oven tray with aluminium foil and spread the chopped onions on it.

Place lamb on over the onions.

Place tray in oven for 30 minutes.

Wash the potatoes.

Boil the potatoes.

Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce in a cup.

Mix the soy sauce with 2 table spoons of honey.

Turn the lamp over and raise heat to 250 degrees celsius for 2-3 minutes and do the same to the other side.

Apply your honey and soy mix onto both sides of the lamb.

Chop the mushrooms.

Chop the capsicum.

Chop the green beans.

Test the potatoes to make sure they are soft enough to mash.

Put a quarter of a teaspoon of butter on a frying pan until it melts. (You can use any oily substance).

Place the capsicum onto the pan.

Place the green beans onto the pan and stir fry until brown.

Remove the water from pot with the potatoes.

Mash the potatoes.

Add butter and mix until preferred texture.

When green beans start to brown add the mushroom and stir fry.

Put it all together and voila.
