How to make the perfect pancake

Take out a medium bowl for the wet ingredients. You will also need a large bowl for the dry ingredients.

Next, take out all of the utensils you will need to help make pancakes. You may want to take out measuring cups, whisk, spoon, turner, plate, and a pan.

Put the milk and vegetable oil in their measuring cups. Put the egg in a small bowl.

First, add the milk. There should now be 1 1/2 cups of milk in the bowl.

Next, add in the oil. There should be 1/3 cups of oil that have been added to the milk.

Add in one egg. All of the ingredients should be in the medium sized bowl at this point.

Put all the dry ingredients in their measuring tools. Set all of the ingredients by the bowl.

Put the flour in the bowl. There should be 1 1/4 cups in the bowl.

Next, add in the powdered sugar and sugar. Make sure you don't stir it yet.

Next, add in the baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.

Before you mix the wet and dry ingredients together, you should turn on the stove. I usually turn it on a little past medium heat.

Get a measuring cup(I use the 1/3 cup). You will be using it to scoop out the pancake mix and pouring it on the pan.

Take the 1/3 measuring cup and scoop the pancake mix in. I usually fill it up almost to the top.

Flip the pancake over and it should be a light or medium brown color. Let it cook for 15-30 seconds while the brown side is facing up. Then put it on a plate.

Put the pancakes on a plate. You can stack them or spread them apart.

Finally, add whatever toppings you would like. I usually put butter and syrup!
