Break up the graham crackers in a plastic zip lock bag and use a rolling pin for bread to make your crumbs
Melt 1 stick of butter
Mix butter and graham cracker and form a crust into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form cake pan
Break 2 whole eggs and 4 egg yolks and whisk (eggs yolks not shown in picture)
sorry, forgot to document melting the chocolate! in a microwave safe bowl melt 3 cups of semi sweet chocolate, I did 25 second intervals and mixed then tempered the eggs
Tempering - add little amounts of chocolate into egg and mix then you can add all of the egg into the chocolate mixture!
Whip 1 pint of heavy cream and 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
Done! Whip until you get a thick texture like this
FOLD chocolate and whip cream.
Pour into pan and put in fridge for 4+ hours. I'm letting this one sit overnight
