How to make a pb & j smoothie


I like using organic ingredients: Add 1 c homemade almond milk, 1 serving protein powder, 1 tbsp maca powder, 8 frozen strawberries, 1/4 c peanut butter, and 1 tbsp raw honey. Blend until smooth!

Now add 2 tbsp cacao nibs, and blend about 15 seconds until the cacao nibs are broken down just a little to add some texture to your smoothie.

Now pour into your favorite drinking container….

Add a cover and a straw and put your feet up while you enjoy your tasty smoothie!
