How to make a carrot cake smoothie


Gather your supplies!

Wash and peel two carrots.

Chop the carrots into large chunks.

Add 1 cup of frozen cauliflower to your blender.

Add your two carrots.

Toss in the banana. You can add it whole or tear it into pieces.

Add 1/4 cup of pecans.

Add 1 cup coconut milk.

Add 1 tbs almond butter.

Next comes the spices... The English Toffee sweetener gives the smoothie a buttery cake flavor. Alternately, you can use 1 tsp Butter Extract and sugar/sweetener to taste.

Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 1/4 tsp vanilla extract; and 10 drops of English Toffee flavored Stevia Sweetener.

Put on the lid and blend!

Use your blender's smoothie setting or blend on high until smooth.

Pour and enjoy!
